Using a combination of Mat and Reformer work – this system is designed to give total (and tough!) body conditioning! Suitable for people who are injury free from beginners to advanced level.

Please note that the first session will involve an assessment to ensure that you are injury free. If you are found to have any injuries or issues that may prevent you from doing our ‘hardcore sessions’ you can use your session or pack of sessions for our bespoke Equipment Based Pilates or Gyrotonic sessions.
