Fiona Jenkinson has yet another medal to her name after competing in the British Championships on Saturday.

Despite the overpowering heat Fiona took the Silver with her 62 kg in snatch and 85kg in clean and jerk, both Personal Bests!
This gave her a total lift of 147kg, which is also a Personal Best total at 7kg heavier than last time.
