I'm not a member of The Third Space - can I use the spa?
All non-members can use the spa but will be asked to enter through The Marylebone Hotel instead of through The Third Space health club.

I'm staying at The Marylebone Hotel - how do I book a treatment?
Instructions on how to reach us or how to make booking are all within the hotel booklet located in your room or at hotel reception. To make a booking prior to your arrival at the hotel, simply call the Spa reception on 0207 042 6444.
How do I book an Appointment?
You can view all of our treatments and any special packages on our website. Once you've found your perfect treatment, simply call our Spa reception on 0207 042 6444 to arrange your appointment.
What do I do upon arrival?
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your consultation form and make use of our changing facilities where appropriate.
What should I do if I'm running late?
If you are late, please understand we will do our best to still accommodate you, however, you may be offered a shorter treatment.
What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
We will take credit card details to secure all bookings. Please let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment. Regrettably cancellations made less then 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.
Can I use my mobile phone or smoke within the Spa?
Phones should be turned off or kept on silent at all times in the Spa. There are no Wi-Fi facilities in the Spa area. Smoking is also strictly prohibited.
What if I have a health concern?
Please let us know in advance of any health concerns or issues that might be relevant to the treatment.
What is the minimum age for having a treatment?
You must be aged 18 or over to experience treatments or therapies.
What should I wear?
You will be provided with a robe and slippers for use during your visit. These will be found in your locker in the changing room.
How do I find you?
The closest underground station is Bond Street. The nearest NCP car park is located at the bottom of Welbeck Street. Parking meters are available in the area.
