With September only just around the corner, it is time to introduce the Autumn 2012 timetable.
As always, the changes reflect trends in the Fitness Industry and requests that you, our members, have made over the past few months.
Most notably, our legendary Fitzroy Gaynes will spend one extra evening in Marylebone, offering not only the Grand Circuit, but also a late SCS (Strength Conditioning System).
New Additions to the New timetable
We are excited to bring you a number of inspiring workouts! For the really hardcore amongst you, we have the Tabata Protocol making its debut at the Soho Club.
This consists of short, high intensity conditioning workouts that will spike the heart rate and ignite the body’s capacity to burn fat.
Look out for it on the Glass Floor.
For the dance fans, we have a ballet-inspired core conditioning class that will replace the Thursday lunchtime Zumba class in Marylebone.
And for those of you who are ready to take their yoga to another level, we will have Anti-Gravity Yoga at both Clubs.
Anti-Gravity Yoga is a fusion technique incorporating yoga and acrobatics using silk hammocks that enables, among other poses, floating inversions brilliant for decompressing the spine.
A few cancellations are inevitable; these are mostly due to poor attendance and to make space for more popular classes.
Popularity and actual attendance are crucial when we make these decisions, so please continue to book a place in your favourite class.
Our Studio Manager, Nadia Piscini, nadia@thethirdspace.com is always happy to hear your comments and feedback.
