Held every morning, lunchtime, and evening, our studio cycle classes are the perfect way to get that heart rate up – especially when our live DJ is pumping out the tunes.

Begin 2 Spin

A group cycling class designed for those who are new to spinning, providing an introduction to the correct cycling technique and bike set-up ready for a fantastic cardiovascular workout!

DJ Spin

A fun, high-intensity spin class taught to the music of a live DJ.

Interval Spin

A spin class based on varying intensity. Speed and resistance increase and decrease to raise your heart rate and increase fat-burning.

Power Spin

A dynamic, energetic, and highly enjoyable class. Lively music gets your heart pumping, and keeps you motivated to just keep riding hard. Go on, put your foot down!

Ride n Run

45min spin class followed by a 45min outdoor run - this class is not for the faint-hearted! Combining two fantastic disciplines, this intense cardio workout is ideal for triathlon training.

Rock n Ride

Ride away to the energy of classic rock anthems - they'll get you cycling hard, breathing deep, and loving it!

Speedy Spin

A quick class that gets straight to the point. Fast, motivating and intense. Ideal for when time of the essence!

Spin for All

A spin class for everyone to enjoy! No two minutes will be the same in this mixed intensity class - a great way to progress!

Ultra Spin

A hardcore group cycling class. Ideal for serious cyclists!
